David was very kind. Although Ambiserve doesn’t provide the domestic fridge repair service I was looking for (they only do commercial), he still took the time to call me and offer advice — and it was on a weekend, no less. The world needs more people like him.

Engineer was called for @ 8.15am left a voice message regarding a freezer breakdown, received a call back within 30 mins to confirm an engineer would be coming as soon as one was available. Received another call to say engineer would be coming within 50 mins which he did. Engineer was friendly, professional & very helpful. He needed to replace a part (which he had with him) & this was done very efficiently despite him having restricted space as freezer was in gangway of a kitchen in service!! I have purchased & had installed many items from Ambiserve 3 freezers, a new cellar air condit
