We were visited in the office by Glenn and Adam. They explained the process and what the job entailed, and asked if they were to enter so not to disturb. They were very professional and carried out the job in hand efficiently. Both were very well mannered, courteous and friendly.

Jim and Glenn serviced the air conditioning units in our Executive Suite over two days in June 2026. Throughout the work, they were exceptionally friendly, approachable, and professional, always mindful that important meetings were taking place across the suite. They demonstrated great consideration by keeping disruption and noise to an absolute minimum and showed excellent flexibility in scheduling their work around occupied spaces. Whenever meetings were in progress, they were happy to return later to complete the servicing, ensuring that business activities could continue uninterrupted. J

My shop refrigerator decided to pack in during the hot spell. Even although they were extremely busy, the owner of this brilliant company turned up personally and replaced the broken fans that caused the problem. He had the fans in his van which was a God send and fixed them there and then. Adam senior, thank you very much for a brilliant service. You were very good to deal with, extremely fast, polite and knowledgeable. Can't ask for more than that. Absolute top man. I was going on holiday the following day and this would have ruined my holiday had it not been fixed.

Great service our walk in chill stopped working on Tuesday, panic mode set in as we needed the chill for the Friday, Ayrshire Refrigeration supplied and fitted the new chill by Friday afternoon for us. Great service from start to finish. Springside Bowling Club.
