Absolutely outstanding service from BHE Refrigeration! We hired a chiller trailer from them and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. The trailer was delivered exactly when promised, in excellent condition, and set up quickly and professionally. The team were friendly, reliable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly. The chiller performed flawlessly and was ideal for what we needed. Bob and his team of very knowledgeable engineers look after all of our refrigeration needs, being a raw pet food manufacturer we rely on BHE for our walk in freezers, we have had timely visits, even at short notice Charlie came out to us as he was 5 mins from home after a long day at work but turned around and shot over because we had a breakdown.
